Last time i have a problem approaching this i used Dell System Restore. I'm not sure if you enjoy a dell or not but adjectives you do is restart your computer and right when it shuts sour to restart the blue DELL symbol comes up..right when it comes up hold down CONTROL and F11 and it will impart you the risk to restore the WHOLE system. Make sure you subsidise up any background you want to hold on to because it wipe out everything. Hope you acquire it fixed!

that have happen to me too. after i downloaded window live onecare (it's free for three months and it's from the microsoft company..[you can alwayz uninstall it if you do not want to recompense after three months]) After you install it , run a virus scan , when the virus scan is done it will erase the viruses/trojans.
