How to know that within's someone turn on my PC when i'm not around? I'm using Window 2000. in that's somewhere to check for the finishing log within time and date right?

Answers:
You can use the deposit tab of the event bystander.
Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and after click Event Viewer..
In the console tree find the protection tab,every successfull logon attempt is record along near the date and time,username and payment policy such as user,system,net service etc.
Win 2K does not hold this chance however if you can check the system.log folder you can get hold of this info
