U an use a firewall similar to Zonealarm.. which is free... consequently use a password contained by zonealarm for fine-tuning settings.. and block internet traffic from here.

Not really a setting that can do that I am aware of. You can find software that can do that though. Or only bear your modem beside you when you go off lol
