there not pop ups because the open out contained by latest tab.i enjoy vista.i enjoy norton internet collateral 2007..no virus detected.i estimate the problem is near "WINDOWS EXPLORER".
please give support to...i solely own the computer a few weeks!

And I would also suggest that you quit using IE and obtain Firefox.
Despite what Norton doesn't transmit you, it sounds terrifically much close to some form of malware. Try a System Restore to set the computer as far final as you can.
Download I.E7 again u might find it will be ok.
