I hold a message that keep popping up cliché window have detected spyware and i should purchase this antispy-ware. I am pretty sure its an adverstiement. I am pretty sure my internet nouns works because my xbox live works, but i cant use the internet. I hold looked at my firewall settings and they come across ordinary. Does anyone hold any theory? Ive run virus scan after virus scan it does detect some "trojan something" but i freshly delete it. I know this sounds confusing but its seriously the best passageway I can explain the situation.

Try running your virus scan in Safe Mode. Some malware doesn't come up in Safe Mode and you own a better arbitrariness of getting rid of it. Because you're blocked from the Internet, you might also want to try Safe Mode With Networking to know how to download some support.
