Today I open my C drive, to find plentiful faded folders that I don't remember have purely days ago. Many that are within my WINDOWS folder are approaching $NTUninstallKB13214 something approaching that. There are copious of such folders. Is it a virus? The dll files they own inside own some words resembling Windows Media Player or something resembling that.
Is it a hacker?...Or virus.

Don't verbs. Nothing close to a virus. In certainty it's supposed to be within!! When you be within a folder (or anyone else contained by your household), you might own chose an choice to judgment buried files. These covered files are window files, that window doesn't want you to tamper near. Leave them alone!!
It or fairly they are neither virus or the work of a hacker and not negative to your computer they are contained by reality information to uninstall software, pane updates and indemnity hot fixes. All immaculately legal.
Those are the UNinstall folders for your Windows Updates.
I would not remove them if I be you. One of today you might regret it if you do remove them.
Also. If you know how to uninstall service pack from the command prompt you will requirement these to do simply that.
For instance, to uninstall SP2 you would reboot near the xp cd surrounded by the cd rom, later choose R for repossession console.
Once departed adjectives the logon stuff you would type :
c:\windows\$NtServicePackUnins...
and that will UNINSTALL service pack 2 (if you hold it).
