and when i do a full system scan, it will start scanning
and later in the region of 5-10 second next, my workstation will auto restart, wth?
it even auto-restar DURING SAFE MODE !!

Hm. I haven't tried Ad-Aware lately, but I would recommend that you try a different program. I recommend Spybot - S&D, which is also available for free download.
auto restarting could be due to lot of reason -
u can try scan within past the worst mode
check your tricky drive to see if the rugged drive space is too small
u may enjoy to various perspective processes running and thus no sufficient RAM to run the scan
