Other than Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster, and Search and Destroy. I own adjectives those. I use to also hold AVG spyware removal but the scan took too long. I'm looking for something free and natural to use/novice friendly. Thanks.

Other than that, you can try the Google Pack's Spyware Doctor. Its free and it comes near real-time protection ( namely OnGuard ) Sadly Google Pack doesn't work on my computer.
The ultimate one is Windows Defender by Microsoft themselves. Comes next to real-time protection.
Oh and Yahoo Anti-Spy from Yahoo's toolbar. It scan terrifically hasty, smaller amount than 30 second, and it found 1 adware of mine ( or to some extent it claims to be an adware ) and removed it.
