My router is reporting plentifully DoS by one or two IPs contained by the Netherlands - what should I do?

Hi all

Im getting DoS, specially from this IP: 85.139.232.66 as you can relay from the log bellow. I did a WHOIS which traced it backbone to Amsterdam. I've read that I should contact the IP admin but in that's no email or tel. contacts... what do I even avoid these bloody DoS's? I am *not* hosting a site, I'm a moment ago private home user, so I dont even know why this is arranged? Thanks!
