What's your inference?
Answers:
nah. If you grasp a virus you can other come posterior here and ask for relieve!
I wouldn't, Go next to any Zonealarm or comodo for firewall. Avg for antivirus. They are all free
If you do not plan on keeping your PC virus free, dont renew it. After all, your notebook is at tiniest a 1000 dollar investment, why should you settle 60 dollars to protect your investment and the programs you enjoy installed. Im sure you can afford another workstation if something happen to this one.
For your anti-virus wishes, I would suggest Avira AntiVir(R) PersonalEdition Classic. It have excellent heuristics, a virus detection rate explicitly better than most "paid-for" anti-virus programs and is hurricane lantern on using your computer's resources. And did I mention that it's free!

You MUST un-install your expired Norton first!
Enjoy!
BTW, Avoid the free text of an anti-virus call AVG, it is profusely popular, but it have horrible virus detection capibilities.
If you don't want to renew the subscription, later what's use of keeping an out-dated anti-virus? There are loads of free option to consider:
1.AOL is offering McAfee VirusScan Plus for free (1 year subscription). You entail a free AOL sketch, but you don't own to download anything of AOL's other cast-offs substance!

2.There are other free anti-viruses approaching AVG free, Avast! home, AntiVir Personal Classic, PC Tools free anti-virus etc. All of them do their livelihood pretty powerfully. They own valid time protection, they update each day and adjectives of them are lighting on your system. So, you can primarily choose anyone of these:

it wont update if you sign out it on the workstation..why hang on to it.
anyway, the company be sued for sending out virus and have the ''cure''..
not to mention the scanner sucks , firewall take everything over in a fruitless bearing and it is bloated...
procure any bitdefender, nod32, kaspersky or antivir..
There are too tons well-mannered free programs out here to pay packet for a program.
Try Antivir, Avast or AVG. They are adjectives impressively well brought-up and audition okay.
