I've basically downloaded Spybot to remove spiteful pop-ups(pop-up ads)I've be getting on my computer, but for some judgment Spybot won't run. and I can't seem to be to integer out why, Does anyone own any opinion?

save, uninstall it, reboot your computer and download and install it again

Spybot wishes seriously of permissions, use some other software. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

You hold flawless answers--but consider this. What OS are you using? I hold computers near XP and ME--and when I upgraded to Spybot 1.5 (which probably is what you get, if you get it recently), I have serious problems next to it, especially on the ME piece of equipment.
I go put money on to Spybot 1.4, which works basically fine. Google Spybot 1.4 and see if you can get hold of that before journal. (On my XP apparatus, 1.5 still took longer than I like to start, after slit it, so I put 1.4 pay for on it, too.)
