So I've tried almost every proxy available but that isn't doing it. I enjoy a polite premonition in that is an IT guy working for my company who is individually wage time of war on me. I've outsmarted him a few times, just to find the subsequent morning he's blocked something else to formulate it harder for me to obtain around. He's probably blocked any page near the push button words "Proxy" "Avoidance" ".com" ".info" ".us" making it impossible.
SO does anyone know some IP configuration tips? I judge thats my subsequent move. ...

I know you don't want to hear this, but you shouldn't even try because to be precise against the above-board use policy at your work. They enjoy sites blocked for safekeeping and collateral reason.
