At the top of your blind click on the "History" statue. this will display the days of the week and the page you visit that year. eg If you clicked on "Today' it will display adjectives the page visit today, both computer page and internet sites.
To remove a specific site, "Right click" on that site and click on 'Delete', or 'Right click' on "Today" to remove adjectives page visit that hours of daylight.
You can do this to adjectives the days and weeks, contained by the History.
You can any use ccleaner or disc cleanup
Firefox:
Go to Tools > Clear Private Data... > be paid sure "Browsing History" is checked > Click "OK" > Exit the browser.
Internet Explorer 7:
Tools (It's on the toolbar somewhere) > Delete Browsing History... > Delete History > Click "Yes"
That should carry rid of your browsing history. Never allow your browser to let go your password.
