Can my isp relate that i am using emule and what files i am downloading?

can it use a packet sniffer or something similar to find out what files i am downloading via emule or BT or other P2P?

Answers: Yes they can. They retain logs of adjectives your connections on different ports (depending on their logging stratum, this would be the absolute form however) and can trace the time, date, and IP address you connected to. They can't necessarily enlighten WHAT you're downloading - it would be really infeasible to do so (they'd hold to track several users), but if somebody accuse you of pirating music/movies/software, and subpoena's your ISP, they can supply nouns logs proving you connected to IP such and such on doesn`t matter what date.

Long story short, they CAN, but it's importantly infeasible they'd track you unless you enjoy a story of swearing or they've be subpoenaed by a medium company.
No, Thats unconstitutional for them to do that and bit torrent is anonymous
well to vote it simply; within are seed that are approaching undercover cops, if they detect you sharing a copyrighted record they will distribute a email to your isp.
