You can't delete it - it's an integral fragment of Windows 98, and it does run Internet Explorer 6. How are you getting on the internet if you own delete IE? What is your internet nouns and browser? You can turn to Tucows and download IE6 SP1 again. Then if it accept that, you'll obligation to incorporate SP2.

Well, in that might be a fate you only just delete the shortcut, so only use the rummage through tool so you can find it glibly. If not, check the Recycling Bin and (hopefully) it's near, bit nonetheless ineradicably delete. But later again, it's kinda peculiar that you can progress to SafeFeel.com short Internet Explorer... but oh economically... :)
