I get the one that changed my wallpaper to a hazardous symbol and a message that say "YOUR PRIVACY IS AT RISK DOWNLOAD PRIVACY PROTECTION SOFTWARE NOW!"
if i click anywhere i achieve popups for software downloads & crrap. I run Spybot Cleaner, Kaspersky Antivirus and Trend Micro Housecalls but neither of them detect anything.

I fixed a computer lately beside the exact same problem. I forget exactly what I did, but I know I uninstalled plentifully of crap "Spyware" programs. He have approaching 2-3 Spyware programs, and once I get rid of them, that problem go away.
