Try restoring the computer rear to previous date and it might work.

Do a scan. If it comes up beside nought, you don't hold a virus. If it comes up near something, you do own a virus. Just delete it. If you can't, manually delete it yourself by looking at where on earth it's located.

go to www.avast.com and download the free program [aswclnr.exe] and run it. You'll be amazed at the results!
aswclnr.exe is a virus/worm cleaner.

However, I do come across to see you adage that you enjoy TWO antivirus programs? THIS IS BAD
Antivirus programs are NOT supposed to be installed one higher than the other or they will conflict and be worse...
I importantly recommend you remove BOTH and reinstall Norton, run a full update of the program (a few times to ensure all payment patch..) reboot, update, reboot, update, complete computer scan...).
If your computer CLOCK is the one and only article wrong... and it is process stale contained by time.. after it could be a problem next to your CMOS freestyle. This is a battery-operated on the motherboard (like a scrutinize battery-operated but size of a dime).

If something is specifically wrong beside your start shaft please describe what it is or is not doing more clearly and I will attempt to resolve this. I importantly recommend you think twice as to what warning you bear as ethnic group give the impression of being to close to to supply direction of things they do not know.
