I hold a computer (win xp pro) beside 3 user accounts. Two admins and one user.
When I log in to the user account, and run internet explorer it tell me I must be an admin to adjust content settings (good!). Then I click 'run as' (as administrator) and go set up the content settings. Then I log out of window and hindmost surrounded by underneath my wifes heading (whos surrounded by the admin group)
It very soon blockes her from sites. I know that adjectives she have to do is enter the password but I be hoping within be a course to turn on content advisor for certin users, or even the unharmed users group, however enjoy it disabled for one or adjectives member of the adminstrators group?
Also if my wife disasbles it below her picture (being an admin) it's also disabled for adjectives users, including the one user depiction which we're trying to block...
Any philosophy on handling this?

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a sheltered browser.
you should use a more in safe hands browser to protect your PC from virus. i recommand you to use firefox beside Google toolbar.
firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser.
as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE. download firefox for free, Just enjoy a try:
