I own this Virus (detected by my AV- McAfee)
Except, it fail when removing it.

it's ok mate, simple steps to do, first download something close to the fresh bit-defender or Norton if your markedly adventurous, next disconnect from the network, so you don't seize anymore, later walk to start>control panel>supply or remove programs>anything thats mcafee click remove on, once adjectives thats done, adjectives your virus own dissapeared, but your still adjectives to attacks, okay smaller amount since your not advertise, but purely to be past the worst, install the brand new bit-defender, set up adjectives the firewalls and anti-virus etc. the connect and your pious to stir, virus free

If the program is anyone access by window, it isnt going to shut down and be removed. NO anti virus should do this. Bad things could crop up.
Try another AV
Or even anti spyware software
