I construe you can't bear a password contained by any folder.
Just pilfer your private files / folders to my Documents.
And after right-click My Documents > Properties. Go to Sharing tab, and check "Make this folder private" checkbox.
Now the other citizens log within to your PC using another details cannot access your My Documents. Except Administrator logically.
