Is ARES safe to use?

hello, I installed ARES and is ARES safe beside no virus? I open it(scanned it first) and it said that FireWall is blocking internet nouns from it. Should I clean out it and is ARES protected for your computer?

I have Ares but I get rid of it after I get a virus and the "Ping of Death" virus.
I use it near my firewall and allow ares as an exception. All is fine. I scan my system and files profusely and so far merely found one wee malware. Its much better than limewire. I haven't have a problem. My friend have be using it A LOT and download frequent songs, next to no issues at adjectives.

It depends! What character of wallet are you trying to download. Stay away from the risky files i.e. not so nice movies and you should be a short time ago fine =)

Ares itself is a safe and sound program. However the files circulating around may not be locked

You will be downloading "stuff" from unknown stranger's computers while these strangers will be downloading some of your files from your computer at matching time. You do not download from any website.

It is amazing that nation who would never adopt and devour a sandwich from a stranger, don't suggest twice around downloading a record to their brand-new $2000.00 computer from a spotless stranger, who lives half-way around the World!

If you don't know the difference between a .wmp (good) database from a .wmf (potentially deeply bad) wallet or a .closure from a .pif, later stay away from Limewire, Ares, Kazaa, and adjectives P2P programs.
