I'm worried that if I delete them it'll mess up my system volume information files. I believe the infected files are in my system restore folder and if I delete them it might mess up my system restore in grip I ever hold to do a restore. If anyone know anything, please backing.

Download the programs associated below. Install them. Update them. Scan your workstation near them, and do so weekly.
If you hold System Restore turned on, the Restore files may be infected, and trying to reinfect your laptop. I turn past its sell-by date that facet, reboot to delete the files, after turn it on after a full system scan near AVG.

You can also run Spybot and AdAware while in Safe Mode. I suggest you do a full system scan. Get rid of anything they find.
To exit Safe Mode, merely restart your PC typically.

First update your antivirus program, (if you don't hold one, www.download.com have several-all free), 2nd, update your antispyware programs (yes programs-you should own 3 for sure-again, www.download.com-all free), 3rd, run a thorough antivirus scan, after, run a thorough antispyware scan next to respectively of your antispyware programs, separately as you would expect.
4th, be paid sure you own a upright firewall. And not Windows Firewall. It's totally useless. Again, www.download.com and find a free one.
If your systems files cannot be disinfected (sounds approaching you're using Norton Antivirus) later, write down the dub of the infected record. If it ends near an exe, run to your control panel, Add/Remove Programs, find it, consequently uninstall it. Then, DISCONNECT from internet.
*Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options and delete all browsing history (cookies, acting internet files etc). Check the box, Also delete files and settigns stored by add-ons.
*Go to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\temp
Delete adjectives files. (for respectively user)
*Delete adjectives contained by recycle bin
*Next, boot up in not detrimental mode (Tap the F8 push button every few second as the system boots up until the blind Saying Safe Mode selection appears.).
*Then run above spyware programs.
I would also download and install (and configure tools>options>privacy tab to clear everything, plus other things)
