If i remove them afterwards I may break a user agreement beside whoever sent it, I guess. they are within a temp record and I own no belief what to do because I don't want to break any agreements, but I don't know if I enjoy one next to the two found. I am VERY clean to this intact workstation point so someone please lend a hand me so I don't something fruitless to it.

I reason you are using Spybot, right?
The first time I used Spybot, it told me indistinguishable alert that it if you delete past its sell-by date anything that it finds, and its sector of an agreement, you might break the agreement and stuff.
I presume its fine. Maybe you should christen the two files that it found and we can see if its anything serious, or its really a malware.
usually any spy ware detected can wreak problems contained by the adjectives, so delete them isn't a big problem.
