actaully its not really possible to crack .fastener passwords.
Although you can find some password breaking softwares to find your password but they bear hundreds of years to do it, so I mull over they can't support u :)

it is possible for zip files as they dont use strong encyption. Use Advanced Archive Password Recovery. Find it on the web. its not freeware but am sure u can find a full copy somewhere.
