i tried to remove the system devolution antivirus and firewall but nought, i call comcast tech and they replaced the moded and HIS laptop worked mine no, i go to a friend and when i tried to verbs up those page they worked fine. what should i do?

Are these, by uncertainty, in safe hands sites (https:...)?
If so, the first Place to check would be your browser settings and bring in sure the proxy settings are correct for https: protocol.
In Internet Explorer
Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings
Look to see if "Use a proxy server for your LAN" is checked. If so, click on "Advanced" and see if the smudge subsequent to "Secure:" is grayed out. If not, try copying the proxy address and port from HTTP: onto the Secure: Line.
Firefox is similar, but the catwalk is Tools > Options > Advanced > Settings (Under "Connection)
