My computer doesn't even own Windows Service Pack 2 even so, which i found out yesterday. so it told me to turn on Automatic Updates, very well, i did and i vanished it on overnight to download everything, and it's still at 0%. any suggestions?

If you dont enjoy SP2 later you dont hold the proper installer for the Windows update to work.
Go to the site and run the updates. It will hold you first install a few things, and everything should work fine after that.
