The little Norton sign have a red X through it and when I do a live update it usually go away but in a minute the red X is in attendance and it say restart your computer. But when I restart my computer the red X stays here. Does anyone know how to gain the green check red mark hindmost.

try to run the live update again and restart again if it dosent work try to reinstall it. when you brought it you should enjoy the disc or a report on the trellis and they should consent to you reinstall it.
Or click on the norton solfware and it should read aloud that you might hold a problem and click here to fix, try to click it and see what it want, it probally requests to update or run a scan
