my son have a ibm infer wipe beside window xp professional.. the other hours of daylight he booted the laptop up and when window come up its asking for a user first name and password. it wont agree to him log onto window. he didnt produce a user baptize or password.. does anyone hold any theory what to do? i tried contacting microsoft but the want 50.00 to even settle near me... i dont own the product code for window thats why they want 50.00.. can anyone oblige?
