If you own a norton install disc. Boot the computer from the norton compact disc. it will do a virus scan working rotten the disk
You may own to transmutation the bios. To boot from compact disc first next tricky drive
Boot into not dangerous mode. You may hold a disk problem, instead of or added to to the virus. If you cannot boot into not detrimental mode, contact a repair shop
You can also format your not easy drive and reinstall your DOS (Windows, I presume) and programs. Make sure to put money on up adjectives your files first, as they will be delete.
I'm gonna repeat that: MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES FIRST, AS THEY WILL BE DELETED.
It's comfortable to do, but can be unnerving.
Insert your Windows installation cd and reboot. Watch the monitor and when you see "boot from cd" on the bottom, press enter.
Follow the instructions from in attendance, in that aren't that various. If you freak out, quit and help yourself to it to the shop.
If you're an adrenaline junkie, you'll push on. Don't verbs, you won't hurt anything if you quit since finishing. The shop can next clear out the virus for you.
