Do a go through for proxy servers. They will work by showing the proxy servers ip address and not yours.

I deduce your best bet is to use a proxy avoidance website. By typing the URL into one of these sites it will shift to the website and offer you the results, thus using it's IP address instead of yours.

Go to protonic.com and look in the forums. Be sure to read the undamaged forum until that time downloading anything. These guys do principal research on the ones they recommend.
