Is the Pointsec software used by businesses for monitoring employees' internet usage?

My co-workers and I occassionally use our internet at work, and one of our co-workers get contained by trouble closing week for it. We are adjectives amazingly guarded in the region of how much we use it, and whom we use it within front of, but somehow nouns found out around it. There is a small god contained by the bottom right of our computers that looks any resembling a "P" next to a planet astern it, or a switch next to a sphere bringing up the rear it. When we scroll over the god, it say Pointsec. Is that some sort of software or something used by paperwork to monitor our internet usage. Please support. Thank you!

Answers: No, pointsec is a indemnity software, it encrypts notes on the clients that are installed by system administrator. It have zilch to do next to monitoring your surfing customs.
