I enjoy a window XP barrier (FAT32) and a Linux fence (Ext3) on my tough disk. I involve to verbs files between these two operating systems. Is it possible? if yes, how do I find it done?
Answers: yea, surrounded by linux you can see the fat32 drive
if your comfortable beside unix consequently,
terminal
> cd /mnt
>ls
>will account adjectives the folders surrounded by nearby, will probably be something similar to, hda0, ext0, ext1, ext2 etc
> cd hda0
>ls - will index the files/folders on the drive
find the one that contains your window stuff, consequently surrounded by a graphical directory superintendent you can enter the address eg /mnt/hda0 into the address lump and you will see adjectives your files
fitting perception next to create a shortcut to that folder on your desktop or everywhere you want it
If you fire up linux use the installed folder coordinator and simply locate your desired file/s and copy. Gui is much easier than command row for relations who ask question resembling yours.
