I am trying to connection microsoft excel to a webpage...but contained by a bearing that when information changed surrounded by the webpage is will atomatically update within excel. Is this possiable? I know how to introduction external notes, but it does not update on its on as I am looking for. Thank you!
Answers: The answer to your question is no. Excel have no agency to know that the Web page have updated the information. Therefore, you enjoy to notify Excel to energize the Web Query manually, or set up the enquiry so that it automatically refresh every so repeatedly.
To do that, create a unknown Web Query (Data --> Import External Data --> New Web Query). Go to the URL that have the notes and select the table that you want to introduction.
