Answers: any place that sell software usually. Amazon.com is a polite bet for getting a allowed copy. Might as in good health get hold of a trial one, because you can't install most guarantee or functional updates if it is not.
At a retail store. Just don't obtain an "Upgrade" license.
You might try finding a system builder store that sell OEM license, but they are individual supposed to flog the license beside the system--not separately. Even if you download one somewhere or get hold of one from HongKong, it probably won't register or voucher activation.
you own to buy it on your own. at newegg, the xp os's are pretty cheap. you can find any the oem or the retail. the oem is merely the disk, no manual and no uncluttered plastic satchel. it comes surrounded by a broadsheet disk holder and is roughly partially the price of retail.

retail comes surrounded by plastic box and includes manual, etc.
