Only some moving circles are showing, (I do own sounds though), what should I download to fix this, and please narrate me the exact association too? I downloaded activex but didn't abet. I remember I downloaded something close to the dub of the "activex" formerly and it fixed the problem, but on my unsullied tool, I can't se them. So what is the cross of the program that I should download, (how can I fix this)?

Sure you can't. Because VCD is the Video contained by the Compact Disc. Download the video player that compatible next to VCD.
