I have my computer since January 2007. It's a Toshiba. I get it because it be kinda cheap.. but something's wrong. the disk reader thing. the thing that slides out and you put the cd in.. it works fine but when I start to play a movie or a cd, it plays it like it's scratched but when I nick it out to check the disk, it's PERFECT... You mull over it's INSIDE my computer? how do I fix it or where on earth do I shift to find it fixed? I presume it have a one year guarantee. what do I do??

If not, afterwards unseal up the cd drive and check to see if the blue laser diode is dirty. The diode is for a time round blue item that read the CDs. Clean it next to alcohol.
