I'm so frustrated. I've be trying to download Trend Micro for 2 days, and respectively time I carry this dialog box that say "You cannot install or remove the program beside Microsoft Outlook running." I delete outlook from my computer and closed everything that be running, but it still pops up. I regard I hold a virus or something, so several popups and spyware ad instead of pictures on websites. Thanks for any counsel on what to do!
