Answers: First past its sell-by date, downloading Photoshop CS3 for free is unauthorized. I would NEVER push for anyone to do that.
Instead, download GIMP. Funny given name for a Photoshop work-alike. Anything you can do in Photoshop you can do in GIMP. Oh, the entitle stands for "Graphical Image Manipulation Program". It is free, interested source software. I've be using it for a few years immediately and it works great.
