I enjoy differnet types of muscifiles on workstation and want to convert them contained by mp3/audio format as and when required.I tried musicmatch .But for wma files it is packed up.ATLEAST I COULD NOT .YOU MAY GUIDE ME IN USING MUSICMATCH TO CONVERT WMA TO MP3.THANKS

You might try "aumpel", a software conversion tool I've created.

It will convert WMA (not iTunes, MP4, unfortunately) to MP3, or even MP3 to MP3 (or WAV). It can convert multiple files simultaneously.
However, aumpel cannot convert files that contain DRM. (I doubt MusicMatch can any.) Files next to DRM, Digital Rights Management, are designed to NOT be converted, and you stipulation tools to break the DRM, which become reasonably questionable.
If this is the grip, you might want to go through Google for something similar to "convert wma drm files".
