I stir into control panel, later click on add/remove programs but as the peak pops-up, it basically stays plain and will not close on the page or from the taskbar. how do i fix this problem? im using window 2000 profession. also i own a window update statue on my stick but it say 0% Downloaded and have be similar to that for a while. if i dance onto window update site and try to update from nearby it a short time ago freezes. HELP!!

When I'm call to work on a slow (not-properly-functioning) computer, here are the steps I embezzle (and within this order):
1 - Delete adjectives cookies, temp files and provisional internet files and reboot the computer. Watch for unusualy messages as the computer boots up. I prefer to use Ccleaner (available at www.filehippo.com) to do this, a bit than the built-in DISK CLEANUP. If you want to use Disk Cleanup, you can find it if you:
- Double-Click on My Computer to depart it up
- RIGHT-click on your C: drive
- Choose PROPERTIES and afterwards click on the DISK CLEANUP button
Delete these files every sunshine or run Ccleaner every morning right previously you shut your computer down.
2a - Check the most important strong drive free space - it must be 25% free or it will slow your computer down.
