Using microsoft word, i would close to to watermark a wholepage..
the watermark must cover the wholepage , the watermark is going to be in writing.

at a menu block: choose Format --------> Background------> watermark. you choose risk : manuscript waterwark or insert picture watermark
I don't reckon the printer can print the total page. depending on what type of printer, it have outside edge margins. i would newly by stationary beside similar circumstance.
Go to Microsoft Help menu, type "watermark"
