I can no longer use this program which is Scansoft Paperport and this presently stops me from using my scanner at the moment. If I click on the paperport statue I find like problem. I can solely close the box down by using Windows Task Manager. Any thinking why this have happen and how it can be corrected
Answers: Un-install and later re-install. Do an update.
Reinstall the program from mark. It's probably trying to repair itself but cannot.
