My icon are matching but they appear different. Instead of them one transparent they're not. They're a dull blue colour. Any back on what to do please?
Answers: Right Click anywhere on the desktop ...you will manage Display Properties.
immediately lower than the "Desktop Tab".click "Customize Desktop..."
Now Desktop Items will show up click the "Web Tab".
Under the network tab.uncheck adjectives the check boxes.including "lock desktop items" and adjectives the page nominated (including hompage).
This should do it..
From this on use bmp or jpg or png as you desktop setting with the sole purpose...a gif will re-enable the net chance and create alike problem.
so after this transmute your desktop surroundings..
Reset the issue by going to the desktop properties. Just put the area to XP.
