I hold a huge collection of dvds and I would approaching to store some of them on my thorny disk. What would be the best format contained by which to store the files (all movies). I am looking for something explicitly compact lacking losing much of the aspect.
Also, what tools would i call for to do the conversion? I hold nero 8 ultra.

Answers: Handbrake is a great app, it even have presets for different settings so no TRUE stipulation to calibrate anything. For instance I rip my dvds, put them on iTunes and survey them on my iPhone. It take lower than an hour to rip, and carrying them around in your pocket is pretty cool. Also put together sure you own a fully clad sized HDD because the files are anything but small.
