im an player and i be surrounded by a short picture that i want to dispatch to cast directors etc, but its on DIVX, is nearby anyway i can convert it to cd?
as i dont know if cast directors/agencies hold DIVX software?

Answers: divx is a database format. there's no such item as converting it to cd. do you penny-pinching SAVE it to a disc?
you should only convert it to .wmp format and anyone can see it easily
goto download.com and DL dvdvideosoft and convert it and burn that wallet to cd's and mitt 'em out
