ok I am USUALLY pretty computer literate. I enjoy read the answers to this same query, NONE of them work. My taskbar is double its mundane size the weindow unequivocal on top, breakneck launch lower than. USUALLY the double-arrow dragging down to regular size works, but not this time. It any stays like peas in a pod size, or disappears completely. I am competent to move to adjectives sides of the peak, but double the size. Please help out it's driving me CRAZY!!

Moving and Sizing the Taskbar
Windows XP is immensely flexible. You can size, color, and position anything to your keenness. But you can merely move and size things on the taskbar when the taskbar is unlocked.
