I get a point for my samsung mobile today and it wont install because it say you hold to uninstall the innovative device driver... WHAT DO I DO
Answers: Device driver is program that help your computer to make out hardware device and speak near it.
Above error ability:-
you enjoy some mobile-phone program already installed on computer. i.e. you first didn't install program from samsung cd
and skylight xp recognise your mobile phone (wireless i.e. bluetooth or cable) but install some generic (general) program/driver for that mobile phone.
my suggestion:-
Don't bring mobile essential computer i.e. if bluetooth or don't attach cable between mobile & computer. Try to reinstall topical program from cd. If the trial program ask, next merely bring the fresh mobile phone in close proximity computer or connect via cable. After installation, bring phone in the vicinity to computer or connect via cable.
goto control panel->Add/Remove->chk for any details
related to samsung -> click remove & Restart .
If still it doesn't work try dis ->
goto run->regedit->HKEY_CURRENT_USER->
press "ctrl+F" & surrounded by turn upside down type "samsung" , it will show u adjectives the files related to samsung present surrounded by the registry.
click & del manually.
thn check for any services running related to ur samsung in-> services console
run->services.msc
and stop tht services & restart ur PC .
This will surely help out..!
