I enjoy have window service pack 1 for a while and every time i try to download it it doesn't work. today i did and it still didnt work but when it be delete the files that it put on my computer, friend accidently turned bad my computer. When i rebooted my computer i go to the nouns up blind but next only reboot again. WHAT DO I DO?

Try hitting F8 and see if it will start in safe and sound mode. If it does later delete your history and stuff contained by the internet option. That MIGHT delete the installer for SP1.
If not you may own to reinstall Windows XP completely.
