Answers: right click my computer, move about to properties, click on hardware tab, click on device commissioner.
See if nearby is anything nouns related surrounded by that account that have a short time washed out explanation mark off subsequent to it. If in that is right click it get properties and click reinstall driver.
Ask someone who know computer to oblige you.
