I don't want to own to retribution because I really believe there's free software out there I can use and I am a broke student. I hold wav files, doc files and jpg files on at hand that I have only finished working on. I tried some sites and the closest I get be a software that scan for free but required reimbursement for retrieval. I am not permitted to work within this country so please... I don't want anyone unfolding me "clear similar to we adjectives own to". I'ld a bit not hear your response. Thanks
Answers: Sounds resembling a position for Knoppix. Knoppix is awesome. It is a Linux LiveCD which be created by a German Software Consultant for use as a diagnostic and recouping tool on Windows as powerfully as Linux OSes. You can boot it from a disc or from a pen drive, and it is without doubt great at recovering files from drives which own tanked. You can draw from it bound near a book call "Hacking Knoppix" which is roughly $40 if you can afford it and I'll distribute you to a brick and mortar bookstore to some extent than provide a cooperation, if you are a student you can ask around your campus Computer Science Department to see if anyone can hand over you a copy or even recuperate your files, or you can download it and burn it to disk yourself. I've also related to a Wikipedia document call Knowing Knoppix, and a specific page from it roughly speaking USB drives. I'd speak administer it a look. (it does not install Linux into the computer you are using it on, and is not relatively as difficult to use as a fully installed Linux System).
